Manu Rainforest Tours

Manu Rainforest Tours in Peruvian Amazon is one of the unmissable experiences. Home to distinct flora and fauna, Manu Rainforest boasts an unsurpassable view of Orchids that offers a colourful sight amidst the lush tropical jungle. With adventure and beauty at every turn, on this seven days tour to Manu National Park, you will be witnessing a complete bio-diversity. The experience starts at the reserved zone and later we will be offering you a cultural experience around our family ecological reserve which houses the tree house.

On this seven days trip, we will be spending four days completely in the Manu Biosphere Reserve. This part is quite distinct and offers what we call a “Real Amazon Experience.” We will be travelling far deep into the reserved zone exploring different trails in various places. The experience will fascinate you with the sight of Macaw Clay Lick. This will be a remarkable sight on your trip to Peru. Macaw Clay Lick happens every morning, dozens of colourful Macaws perch and preen on the clay cliffs. The clay lick as the name suggests is a process where these colourful birds lick the clay. The salt found in the cliff soil is nutritious to these birds. This is one of the sights that would leave an everlasting impression on those who witness it. Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, the new world wonder, tops the bucket list of travellers in South America. However, Peru is not just about the Inca ruins. The country has far more things to offer to its visitors. One of the unmissable places in the country is the Amazon Rainforest which dominates the eastern part of Peru. Manu National Park in Madre de Dios province of Peru is a prominent part of the Amazon rainforest. In 1987, UNESCO declared Manu National Park a world heritage site.

Why Treehouse INN?

We are a fully locally owned tour operator. The staff of the Treehouse Inn are from the Amazon Rainforest of Manu National Park. All of us are born and raised in this Manu jungle area and have years of experience in guiding tours from Cusco.  We all are dedicated to wildlife conservation because our passion is the flora and fauna. That’s why we care that no animals are hunted, no trees are cut and if ever possible no chemical products that will contaminate the soil and rivers are used.  Since we ourselves are from the jungle, we feel familiar with the animals and plants. Therefore we make sure that they do not come to harm and that their biodiversity is preserved.
